England's Highly Anticipated Friendly Match Against Holland Called Off Due To London Riots


After a third night of violence and looting in London, the FA have decided to call of the friendly match at Wembley between England and Holland. The decision was based upon advice from Metropolitan Police. Violence has spread to other places such as Birmingham and Liverpool and could see weekend premier league fixtures be disrupted. Already, three Carling Cup matches have been called off and rescheduled.
